Kendra Lilly
Kendra has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her relationship with movement comes from years of rebuilding trust with her own body and mind, and from witnessing what it looks like when that relationship is lost. Seeing the physical and mental limitations of loved ones growing up, and later working in senior living, she saw firsthand what years of compounded neglect of the body and mind can do.
Now, her work centers on sustainable mobility, breath, and joint longevity as foundations for long-term health. She blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern movement science to support the body and mind and to expand what people believe is possible within themselves.
Her background includes over 500 hours of formal training, including her RYT 200, a 250-hour Aerial Yoga certification, and Yogi Flight School, along with hundreds of hours training with advanced practitioners and continuing education in functional movement, mobility, and longevity-based practices. She is currently expanding her studies through BASI Mat Pilates as part of her ongoing interest in how intelligent movement can support the body across a lifetime.
