Kendra Lilly, Owner & Founder

​Kendra grew up with the belief that feeling limited by our bodies and minds was just part of life. Watching loved ones struggle with health and mental challenges, she came to expect that as we age our bodies would slow down, and our minds would follow. Working in senior living only reinforced this view, as she saw how decades of neglecting body and mind impacted people’s quality of life. As Kendra began to travel she met people of all backgrounds and ages who radiated vitality, resilience, and a sense of ease in their lives. Casey Avera, Co-owner & Founder

Casey has been practicing yoga for 12 years, but it was in 2020 that she truly embraced its healing power while battling postpartum depression and feeling unfulfilled in her corporate career.
