Kendra Lilly, Owner & Founder
Kendra has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her relationship with movement comes from years of rebuilding trust with her own body and mind, and from witnessing what it looks like when that relationship is lost. Seeing the physical and mental limitations of loved ones growing up, and later working in senior living, she saw firsthand what years of compounded neglect of the body and mind can do. Now, her work centers on sustainable mobility, breath, and joint longevity as foundations for long-term health. She blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern movement science to support the body and mind and to expand what people believe is possible within themselves. Casey Avera, Co-owner & Founder
Casey is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and is currently studying to become an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. With over 12 years of personal practice, her path into teaching began after turning to yoga during a season of postpartum depression and feeling unfulfilled from her corporate career.. Leaving behind the 8-5 grind, Casey immersed herself in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and has never looked back.
